Osteria&Bar MANCINO

Among the cuts of pork, this is the fattiest part, allowing you to enjoy the richness of the fat. By cutting it into a thick 200g slice and baking it, you can also savor the deliciousness of the meat texture at the same time.

We carefully pre-process multiple times to completely remove any odor, and stew it for 2 days with the beef broth taken at our store, so it is very tender and rich in flavor.

We will serve a combination of cold dishes prepared on that day, such as caponata made with seasonal vegetables, carpaccio of fresh fish, and dishes made with Fuji pork. This assortment may allow you to enjoy a full course meal with just this alone.
