We recommend that you leave it to us. Now in the fall, we receive seasonal seafood from all over, such as bigeye tuna from Shiogama, button lobster, sea urchin, and kitayosagi clams from Hakodate.
Local fish (Sagami Bay) and seasonal "Delicious! and seasonal "Delicious!" dishes. Please inquire for details.

In summer, Tokushima Fresh Sudachi Sour
A sake designed to pair well with Miyagi sushi. If in doubt, choose this sake.
A dry junmai that pairs well with relatively light foods such as white fish, squid, and shellfish from Miyagi Hidakami.
Crisp and dry, characteristic of Tosa sake, pairs exceptionally well with fish.
A clean taste characteristic of Toyama Katsukoma. The moderate bitterness and acidity pair well with seafood.
The umami of Aomori rice, with moderate sweetness and a clean finish.
A gentle aroma of Daiginjo that pairs well with Fukui grilled fish and sushi.
