Junmai Daiginjo Yamada Nishiki 50% 'Banjou Brewery/Aichi Prefecture' with a ginjo aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits, and when sipped, the umami of 'Yamada Nishiki' spreads abundantly. It is a well-balanced sweet sake with a mellow sweetness.
Junmai Daiginjo Jr. Juicy Dry 'Kamenoi Sake Brewery/Yamagata Prefecture' The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, the mouthfeel is of high-quality smoothness, and as the name suggests, it is full of juiciness, fresh and clear, with a very beautiful umami and a gentle dry finish that is very impressive. It pairs exceptionally well with Japanese cuisine and goes well with almost all Japanese dishes. Room temperature is recommended.
Junmai Ginjo using Hyogo Nishiki 'Sumino Sake Store + Shimomura Sake Brewery / Hyogo Prefecture (Himeji City)' Yamahai Dry
Junmai Ginjo 'Yamamoto Sake Brewery/Akita Prefecture' emphasizes a modern FFJ (Fresh, Fruity, Juicy) image with a 'sharpness like a Japanese sword.' The faintly sweet fruit aroma wafting from the glass is refreshing, with a solid and healthy flavor that is not extravagant, clearly reflecting the style of a young producer.
Junmai sake made from 65% polished Yamada Nishiki rice from Shiraito Brewery in Fukuoka Prefecture. It has a refreshing and soft aroma reminiscent of grapes, with a wonderful harmony of concentrated rice flavor and acidity that brings it all together, making it a sake that is delicious to drink and pairs well with food.
Junmai unfiltered raw sake 'Hanaizumi Brewery/Fukushima Prefecture' has a gentle and beautiful taste of junmai sake, with a strong freshness and an impactful umami that bursts with liveliness, creating a satisfying flavor experience. The mouthfeel is smooth and youthful, making it easy to drink, but the alcohol content is slightly higher.
Junmai Ginjo 'Shinazawa Brewery/Miyagi Prefecture' seasonal limited product!! This is a cloudy sake with a vibrant pink color reminiscent of spring. The red yeast is very delicate and difficult to handle, so it is said that the brewmaster's experience and skill have resulted in a beautiful pink color. It features a sweet and sour refreshing taste that reminds one of strawberries.
This creamy Japanese liqueur is made with rich yogurt and sake from Shinza Sake Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, using 100% fresh milk from Heartful Jersey, which is favored in the UK. To deliver a soft and smooth taste, it is not heat-treated. It is easy to drink and can be enjoyed in various ways, such as on the rocks or mixed with soda.
Kawatsuru Sake Brewery in Kagawa Prefecture originally developed this sake to be enjoyed with the popular 'bone-in chicken' served at izakayas in Kagawa. The white koji included in Sanuki Kuraudi produces citric acid, resulting in a sweet and sour sake reminiscent of Calpis. The recommended way to enjoy it is on the rocks with plenty of ice. While adding ice to sake is often considered unconventional, the appeal of Sanuki Kuraudi lies in its refreshing quality.
Special Junmai Sake 'Nishida Sake Brewery/Aomori Prefecture' features a gorgeous ginjo aroma, a plump and rich mouthfeel, and a strong sense of the rice's umami, showcasing a variety of unique flavors. It uses Aomori Prefecture's sake-brewing suitable rice 'Hanabuki', characterized by a delicious and refreshing taste.
Junmai sake 'Sanyo Hai Sake Brewery / Hyogo Prefecture (Shiso City)' Banshu Ikken embodies the thought of 'please enjoy a cup of sake made with sake rice produced in the Banshu region, water from the Hyonoyama mountain range, and the local climate of Banshu.' It also aims to enrich the everyday dining table with its flavor.
Junmai Daiginjo 'Kobe Shushinkan/Hyogo Prefecture (Kobe City)' The name 'Fukujyu' is derived from one of the Seven Lucky Gods, Fukurokuju, and it carries a wish that those who drink this sake will be blessed with good fortune.
