The characteristic of Satsuma Chiran chicken is its exceptional flavor and outstanding texture that cannot be experienced with ordinary young chickens. These chickens are raised with great care for over 450 days, making them quite rare, as only 0.8% of the usual number of young chickens can be raised annually. Due to the long-term raising, they contain a lot of collagen, linoleic acid, and amino acids, making them a delight for customers who are concerned about health and beauty. At 'Toridan', we use the particularly fatty 'Special Breed Chicken Thigh Meat' from this precious Satsuma Chiran chicken.
