Enjoy a variety of seasonal delicacies, such as richly flavored appetizers, Kanchi chicken tataki with negi mure, assorted tempura, and red snapper shabu, as well as Gojuroku's carefully selected nigiri-zushi.
Starting with flavorful appetizers, we will offer seasonal delicacies and Oita's signature ingredients from all over the prefecture, including Oita brand "Sekiaji" horse mackerel, flatfish, the famous "swimming leatherfish" and Bungo fresh fish sashimi platter, tempura of hamo, shrimp and seasonal vegetables, grilled sweetfish in seasonal vegetable broth, and seared hot tataki of Oita Wagyu beef.
The menu includes a variety of appetizers, our specialty "swimming kingfish", Hiramasa and Bungo fresh fish sashimi, as well as our signature Oita brand ingredients such as Hime Hamo (Japanese conger eel) and seasonal vegetables tempura, sea bass tidal shabu shabu, Kin-un pork loin and seared Crown Ji-dori chicken.
