Made by the landlady when she feels like it. It's a tamagoyaki from a former sushi restaurant, so it's delicious! (I had it as a staff meal♪) It sells quickly because it's ordered in the order customers come in. If you find it, please order it right away♪
I think we serve it about 3 times a week. Depending on the cost of ingredients, there are days when it costs 350 yen. Stew dishes tend to have a considerable amount. The potatoes are fluffy and delicious, but my recommendation is the soft and melty onions.
A fresh kawa-hagi fish is prepared upon order. As a result, the landlady will be busy for about 3 minutes! Enjoy it with ponzu sauce, grated daikon radish, and green onions. The amount of liver can vary, it's all a matter of luck.
Depending on the purchase price, there are days when it costs 850 to 900 yen. It has a rich flavor and melts in your mouth!!! Some days it is light and refreshing. If you ask, they will tell you (^ ^)
The landlady's homemade konbu-jime has been praised by even regular customers who dislike fish, saying it is delicious. It has a deep flavor that is pleasantly fragrant in the back of the nose. Since it is handmade, there are days when it is not available. It is a recommended menu that changes daily, so many people come frequently to enjoy it.
The shells are peeled after the order is placed. It seems like a pretty large quantity. I have never ordered shako at another store, so it's just a feeling... (^^)
Not frozen! There is a large quantity, and customers often share it with each other. It is very delicious. The landlady doesn't eat out much, so she said she doesn't know the prices or quantities at other restaurants... Please order it.
For one serving, we use half a bitter melon!! We slice it thinly and fry it until crispy. It has a grown-up potato chip vibe. Even for those who don't like bitter melon, it's tolerably bitter. The taste is addictive. Since the portion is large, we share it among customers. The price remains the same whether it's summer or winter, but the taste, size, and nutrition are better in season.
