The chef creates and prepares an "omakase" course using an abundance of rare organic vegetables that are freshly picked every morning and A5-rank Japanese black beef selected by an astute meat buyer. The course ends with a homemade dessert created by a vegetable sommelier to cleanse your palate.
The "omakase" course is created and prepared by the chef using plenty of freshly picked rare organic vegetables from "Rojibeji", a green grocer in Kurakuen, Nishinomiya, which purchases local vegetables from Tanba Sasayama every morning, and A5 rank black Japanese beef selected by our talented meat buyer (the region and parts vary on each day). We can accommodate your budget from 3,500 yen and up.

A vegetable plate centered around seasonal organic vegetables from Tanba Sasayama, using fresh vegetables from all over the country. This dish features a rich sauce that significantly enhances the compatibility of the vegetables with alcohol.

We use fruit syrup from Fukuda Farm in Kumamoto. Fukuda Farm is located on a hill overlooking the calm Shiranui Sea in the southernmost part of Kumamoto Prefecture.
