This is our shop's number one popular item. A soup served in a traditional earthenware pot, luxuriously made with fresh fatty tuna that can be eaten as sashimi. The only vegetable used, inspired by Edo cuisine, is green onion. First, enjoy the ingredients, and then please enjoy the remaining broth with either rice porridge or diluted with sake.
The highest quality beer, also known as the 'Don Perignon of the beer world,' created by the legendary restaurant 'El Bulli,' which was called 'the restaurant that is hardest to get a reservation at,' in collaboration with a Spanish beer manufacturer, along with the head chef and sommelier team.
