Takoriki

The batter is made with plenty of kombu and bonito broth, and the key to the flavor is the domestically sourced (Ise) octopus. This is a traditional small and round takoyaki. Since it does not use any artificial seasonings, it is delicious even without sauce and remains tasty when cooled.

Topped with two types of cheese and Guérande salt. It goes without saying that it pairs well with wine.
