We are pleased to announce the opening of Hana Wai's first restaurant in Namba. This is only possible because we are located near Kozumi Fishing Port, We offer the freshest Kosumi crab in a luxurious setting. A peaceful spring time that is different from the bustle of winter. We hope that you will enjoy the truly delicious crab in a more casual manner. With this in mind, we have prepared a luxurious set meal using a whole Kaju crab. The Kosumi crab has a gorgeous sweetness and flavor, and is served with Kosumi's specialty "amaebi" (sweet shrimp). The dish is fragrant and light, yet firm and satisfying. To finish off the meal, the sweetness of the fresh Kaju crab and the mellow aroma of the kama-meshi rice, and the mellow aroma of kamameshi rice.
