Our homemade ramen 'Nishimura Noodles'. We offer two sizes: half and full, so please feel free to order it either as part of a course or as a standalone dish. The original curly noodles, developed through multiple prototypes in collaboration with the popular noodle shop 'Seimenya Keishi' in Kyushu, pair perfectly with the rich broth. For toppings, we have added a rare baguette. To finish, you can enjoy a risotto-style arrangement by adding cheese and rice to the remaining broth.
