This classic 8-course menu lets you casually enjoy the best of Gyuichi. Starting with two types of appetizers, the menu features dishes that perfectly capture the essence of a seafood izakaya—including a Caesar salad with shrimp and eggs, a platter of three types of fresh fish, and a dashimaki tamago (rolled omelet) with the elegant aroma of sea bream broth. The satisfying menu also includes tender chicken nanban, a salad of rapeseed flowers and clams, and salmon pressed sushi to finish, along with a sweet dessert. It’s highly recommended for company parties or get-togethers with friends.
This satisfying 9-course meal lets you fully savor the delights of seafood, centered around a platter of five types of fresh fish. We’ve curated a selection of dishes that pair perfectly with drinks, including a chogye salad with shirasu and Korean nori, whole grilled jumbo shrimp with a toasty finish, umami-rich fried mehikari, and tender braised red sea bream. This is our premium course featuring 10 dishes that embody Gyuichi’s commitment to quality. In addition to three types of appetizers, the “Pirate Salad,” and a platter of five carefully selected sashimi varieties, you can indulge in a luxurious selection of seafood dishes, including deep-fried daikon radish with a rich marinade, whole grilled beef and shrimp, tempura, and Saikyo-style grilled silver cod. The course concludes with seafood chirashi sushi and dessert, making it an excellent choice for business entertaining or special celebrations.
