Directly shipped from Nishimura Suisan in Kochi. This is a very rare Ise Ebi, said to be one in about 3000. It is soft-shelled right after molting, and you can eat it whole. It is prepared as fried. Price: Market price. Due to limited availability, please make a reservation if you wish to order.
