This is a collaboration product with the charismatic seaweed fisherman, Tai Aizawa, from Higashimatsushima. The highest quality seaweed carefully nurtured in the Hamanaka area, known for its imperial offerings, in Yamoto, Higashimatsushima City, is grated in a mortar until the soba arrives. The more you grate, the more the aroma rises. When the soba arrives, pour the 'tsuyu' into the mortar, mix the seaweed and soba well, and enjoy! After the meal, add soba-yu and fully enjoy the taste of the sea.
