In a nod to Mamie Eisenhower, we have recreated the Pink Champagne Cake of the 1950's. Our light and sparkling pink champagne cake is layered with a vanilla custard and frosted with a pink champagne buttercream – truly one of a kind

For the chocolate lover, our decadent chocolate cake is layered with both an espresso and a cappuccino mousse and covered with a rich dark chocolate ganache
