The meat that determines the quality of shabu-shabu. All of it is processed according to the original standards of shabu-shabu warm vegetables, utilizing years of experience. Only meat that meets our strict production management and internal standards is used. To ensure you can enjoy it at peak freshness, the meat is carefully cut one piece at a time in the restaurant. It is served at a thickness that makes shabu-shabu incredibly delicious.

We discuss with farmers to select vegetables that pair well with shabu-shabu and source them accordingly. Some of these vegetables are specifically developed for shabu-shabu as warm vegetables. Additionally, we conduct a 'relay of production areas' without specifying particular regions, ensuring we source the most delicious vegetables of the season.
