The recommendation is a luxurious style of shabu-shabu with sea bream or duck in a small pot.
Please try the grilled duck roast tataki.
Please enjoy homemade yakisoba miso and sake before your soba.
This soba is perfectly paired with a rich paitan soup, making it ideal for a finishing dish.
A small pot style shabu-shabu oden using our shop's proud sea bream broth.
Please enjoy the carefully selected combinations.
Since its establishment in the Meiji era, we have been dedicated to ducks. At the main store in Matsubara, the president personally serves customers with a smile, and it is clear that they cherish their ducks. Tsumura's ducks are raised with a focus on their feed and breeding methods, and everything is done by hand, resulting in fresh, juicy, and uniquely odorless ducks that can be eaten raw.
Please enjoy combining various toppings with our original paitan soup. *It may take a little time. ◆Toppings: Green onions, seaweed tempura, soft-boiled egg, cheese, tai monaka, naruto, aosa seaweed, five-color arare.
You can enjoy it like hitsumabushi. First, please enjoy the flavor of the sea bream rice as it is. Next, enjoy it with marinated sea bream and side dishes (chirimen, pickles). Finally, pour the sea bream broth over it and enjoy it with wasabi, seaweed, and buckwheat.
(Kake Soba or Zaru Soba / Tai Meshi)
