Aged meat refers to bone-in meat from 'Hida Beef' that has been dry-aged for about 45 to 50 days and then wet-aged for more than 15 days, resulting in enhanced flavor. The cut is thigh. The displayed price is for one serving. Orders are accepted from two servings. *Pre-cut serving is also available. An additional 110 yen (tax included) for each serving.
Due to the small quantity, it is difficult to serve in block form, so it is provided in slices. You can choose from the deeply flavorful outer thigh (Habaki), the chewy inner thigh (Kaburi), or the pleasantly textured shank. *Basically, it is only available immediately after the carcass is broken down, so please confirm availability.
