Sicilia Fresca. Like adding lemon peel to a Margherita. The aroma and acidity of the lemon and the slight bitterness of the lemon make it very refreshing. Tomatoes and lemon peel, salt and lemon peel...how could they not go together? The aroma and aftertaste that goes through the nose is unique but quite good. Personally, I think it is one of my favorites.

Almost a full table even though we visited rather late in the day! Crispy and chewy pizza! The unique aroma of pizza baked in a stone oven is very appetizing! If I may say so, it would be nice to have a porcini pizza in the fall, even if the price is a little bit higher. Personally, I would go back again depending on the timing.
