If you visit Le Normandie, you must try this dish, the 'Foodie's Plate.' We serve domestic beef fillet and beef cheek prepared using the cooking methods that best enhance their flavors. The beef fillet is grilled to medium rare, with a very good balance of lean meat and fat, while the beef cheek is paired with a rich red wine sauce and cooked for three days to achieve a melt-in-your-mouth texture.
