The pink "chashu" on the very popular "chashu-men" will be sold by reservation only! This is a very rare souvenir. We think the people at home will be pleased. You can put it on your ramen at home to upgrade it, or bring it to a gathering and show how you slice it. Chashu has a reputation for its moist and rare flavor, just like roast pork. It is cooked slowly at a low temperature with red wine from the local "Iwanohara Vineyard. That is why it has a beautiful pink color and is very juicy. The pork is rich in vitamin B, which is said to relieve fatigue, and the wine's polyphenol is anti-aging!
The chashu that spills out from the bowl is not only large but also juicy. We also add the flavor of wine and finish it carefully with low-temperature cooking. It is rich in vitamins and polyphenols, and is highly popular among women!
Special Chashu Ramen comes with 1.5 times the toppings! Enjoy an overflowing amount of chashu!
A characteristic of using a large amount of only pork bones, simmering slowly over time to extract the umami of pork, a mellow richness, and a smooth mouthfeel, with a clear soup that is not cloudy. Widely enjoyed by a broad range of generations since childhood, it is truly a cup of ramen unique to Joetsu.
The soup is based on 'Joetsu Tonkotsu'. A homemade fish powder blend of 7 types of powders including dried bonito flakes, mackerel, and sardine, removes the fishy smell and creates an addictive flavor.
Limited time only! Featuring miso, spicy miso, shrimp salt, and more! Prices starting from 900 yen.
