The lunch menu changes on the first day of each month. It is a gently seasoned dish with more vegetables, making the most of the season's ingredients. Our chef prepares fresh vegetables from Ishizaka Organic Farm and a dish that you should try during this season. Each dish is prepared by hand. The time limit for your stay will vary depending on how crowded the restaurant is. Reservations can be made by phone at 11:00. Homemade shiratama (rice dumplings), agar, and fermented red bean paste are made by simmering Hokkaido-grown adzuki beans for three hours along with homemade sweet sake. Please enjoy it drizzled with black syrup.
