A fisherman's meal unique to Tomonoura, the 'City of Sea Bream', featuring sea bream as the main ingredient, generously topped with seafood such as tuna and whitebait along with condiments. For the finale, enjoy our specialty sea bream dashi chazuke. With the concept of 'An exciting dining experience until the last bite', you can enjoy a variety of ways to savor it: 'First, enjoy it boldly as is!', 'Next, change the flavor with egg yolk sauce', and 'Finally, savor it with our proud sea bream dashi chazuke'. We use 100% Hiroshima Prefecture Koshihikari rice, and you can request extra rice for free, so please indulge in the flavors of the Setouchi region until you are full. The key to the flavor is our homemade soy sauce. Based on the idea that 'local ingredients enhance local ingredients', we combine soy sauce from the long-established 'Kawanaka Soy Sauce', rooted in Setouchi's food culture, with mirin from 'Iriezou Saburo Honten', and carefully prepared dashi from kelp and bonito flakes, which is aged overnight to deepen the umami.
