Based on the idea that 'drinking place = yatai,' 'Non-chan' opened a yatai in Nakasu Kawabata. Later, due to redevelopment aimed at hotel construction, he faced a major turning point, being forced to either relocate or close the business with compensation! At that time, it was said that drinking places would not be popular in Roppommatsu, but with a strong belief that 'it depends on the method!' he opened the izakaya 'Non-chan' in 1996. With remnants of the yatai era, the service at 'yatai prices' is friendly to students, and now it has become a bustling place not only for students but also for company employees.
