The broth is additive-free, and the taste of kombu and dried bonito flakes can be felt directly. The most popular udon dish is the avocado and shrimp udon. If you think it's just avocado and fried shrimp, you're in for a world of pain! When I thought about why there was such a sense of unity, it was as if there was a hint of lemon in the broth! It was so refreshing that it seemed to drown out the volume of the fried shrimp, and I finished it! The restaurant was very crowded and there were many students eating after school. It was a bit pricey for an udon restaurant, but I had it with the feeling that the students around here are well-off...! LOL!
