Restaurant’s terms and conditions
You are booking a six course experience dinner priced at $135 per guest. Sano does NOT accept credit cards at the restaurant. Online payments will be applied to the bill at the end of dinner, while all specials/beverages, gratuity and tax are NOT included at the time of booking and will be collected at the end of service to be paid in CASH only. No shows are non-refundable/non-reimbursable. A gift card will be provided in the event of a cancellation for 90% of the value.
A note from the restaurant
Pre-fixe and experience dinner payments are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable with less than two days notice of cancellation. Gratuity and tax is NOT included at the time of booking and will be collected at the end of dinner. Sano does not accept credit card payments at the restaurant. A gift card will be offered in the event of a cancellation for 90% of the value. No shows are non-refundable/non-reimbursable.
Cancellation policy
You can modify or cancel for a full refund up until 2 days before the reservation. No shows, cancelling or modifying after will forfeit your deposit. Any forfeited deposit will be reimbursed in the form of a gift card; pickup or delivery details will be provided by the restaurant.
