Bar Dairen Gyoza

Water dumplings are the soul food of Dalian citizens, offering truly delicious dumplings that can only be made by hand. The shop's recommendation is the healthy and light dumplings made with seafood, specifically using Sawara, which you can eat as many as you like. The handmade dough is chewy and stimulates your appetite. Please give it a try!

The chicken is steamed to a moist and exquisite doneness, with the authentic Sichuan green pepper providing a tingling and stimulating flavor that is the key to its taste. Please enjoy this dish that pairs well with both rice and sake.

The only place in Nerima offering handmade special oil-drenched 'Biang Biang Noodles'. The noodles are topped with chili peppers and chopped green onions, then drizzled with hot peanut oil and mixed to enhance the aroma. This method is particularly popular in winter when a large amount of chili is added. It can also be enjoyed mixed with seasonings such as vinegar, salt, soy sauce, chili, and Sichuan pepper, along with bean sprouts and various ingredients, or served in a soy sauce and spicy broth.

The rich sesame sauce is addictive!
