Pierre Gimonnet Chouilly Grand Cru 2015 is a very limited, single-terroir Blanc de Blancs Champagne made by a grower who specializes in Chardonnay. This very rare cuvée, has a very pleasing floral, minerality about it.
The village of Bouzy and Champagne Paul Bara are practically synonymous. Being one of the rare récoltants-manipulants in a region, Champagne Paul Bara is the quintessential example, where everything is done with a personalized touch. Paul Bara is also the founding member of Club de Trésors. Chantale Bara is the current residing president for Club de Trésors.

12th generations of growers since 1750, as a 4th generation winemaker Cedric Moussé has adopted an organic approach with the belief of 'vinification happens with least possible intervention'. Moussé Fils is the first member of Club de Trésors to make a 100% Pinot Meunier for the Special Clubs, which is also true for their rosé champagne. Using the Rosé de Saignée method provides depth and vibrancy to the champagne.
