Marinated for a whole day, The roast beef is cooked at a low temperature of 68 degrees Celsius and the core temperature is 53 degrees Celsius, and is slowly finished over 4 hours. The meaty and juicy marbled ribeye is served in thick slices. The flavor of the meat is concentrated and you can enjoy the taste only possible with a thick slice. Serve with a generous dipping of homemade gravy and Rehl's cream.
