This is the first imo koji shochu made using only Murakami Masari and Kirishima crack water from Kirishima Shuzo Co., Ltd. 'Yoshisuke Red' is a luxurious shochu that also uses purple sweet potatoes in the koji. It has a rich sweetness and aroma, evoking a sense of elegance.
