We have created a smooth and creamy pudding using milk from Nikko Kirifuri Kogen Oozasa Farm and eggs from Nikko. Brown Swiss milk, which is still rare in Japan, has a high milk content of 4% milk fat and 9% non-fat solids, giving it a rich 'flavor' and a subtle sweetness within that 'flavor'. Please enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients.
Tochigi has the highest strawberry production in Japan. Among them, we mix Tochiotome jelly with strawberries from Tochigi prefecture, which has a well-balanced sweetness and acidity, and pour it over the pudding. To enjoy both the strawberry and pudding flavors, we paired it with a firm-textured pudding that brings out the taste of eggs, different from the Sunlight Pudding in production method.
We have created a mitarashi pudding that allows you to feel the Japanese atmosphere using Marushichi brand Nikko Meisui soy sauce, founded about 400 years ago in Nikko by sunlight.
