Made on Ulceby Farm in Lincolnshire from unpatsturised cows milk, left to mature for 12 to 24 months, In the style of a classic west country Cheddar.Superb with our homemade fig chutney
Made in Brie France with un pasteurised cow's milk this soft cheese is covered with a bloomy rind. Brie has a milk & rich taste underlined by sweet & buttery flavour of mushrooms or truffles & almonds
A creamy orange coloured paste with blue-green veining. The cheese is essentially an orange coloured Stilton style cheese. It is made from pasteurised cows' milk and using rennet suitable for vegetarians. The cheese is matured for 12 weeks but it can be matured for a further 12 weeks to produce a creamier fuller flavoured cheese
From White Lake Cheese Somerset Rachel is made with goats' milk "Rachel was named after a friend of mine - like the cheese she is sweet, curvy and slightly nutty"
