Bonzo Home Ground Workshop

We combine 7 types of buckwheat (whole grain, round cut) in our own unique way and grind them in-house only for the amount we make on that day. The 100% buckwheat soba comes with roasted salt.

This is the signature menu item 'Duck Yaki' at Bonzo. We import duck meat from France by air. It is a large dish that can be enjoyed by 2-4 people.

This dish is suitable for 1-2 people. It has a juicy texture different from roasted duck. The duck used is also from France.

A soba restaurant where you can relax and enjoy drinks. At night, you can drink, snack, and finish with freshly made 100% buckwheat soba noodles. We offer sake, shochu, wine, and beer.
