This is my third visit.
The last two visits were for lunch.
This time I visited for dinner.
*The restaurant is open until 9:00 p.m. with advance reservation.
*Please check with the restaurant for the Manbou period.
I have been using this restaurant with my husband and wife,
Yamaga no 00roku-san
→We go there every month.
Yamazaki-0-san in Dazaifu
We have visited all the other Jidori-yaki restaurants in and outside of the prefecture,
This one is the best in terms of freshness, taste, customer service, and atmosphere.
This is the best restaurant in terms of freshness, taste, customer service, and atmosphere.
My personal recommendation is the "various tare-yaki".
It is like a slightly sweetened version of Yamaga's 00rokusan.
If you have been there before, you can imagine what I mean.
The Kimono Tare Yaki is especially excellent.
There is no smell at all.
As for Jidori-yaki, there are different tastes, but I order Akizuki Jidori-yaki with tare (sauce) because of its chewy texture.
For those who prefer resilience, I think the Koudoro Chicken is better.
The rice is also very tasty, cooked in a small kiln.
It takes a while for the rice to be cooked, so I recommend ordering early.
The attention to the ingredients and the at-home atmosphere make this a very comfortable restaurant,
It is a very comfortable restaurant.
There is no parking lot, so please use the public parking lot next door. Please use the public parking lot next door.
Lastly, I have a request to the restaurant staff.
I feel sure that this restaurant will become popular in the future.
We hope that you will maintain your current stance.
Thank you for the delicious food.
I will use your restaurant frequently in the future.
I went for the first time.
We were two couples and the cost was as follows.
Jidori chicken grilled with salt: 1,200 yen
Grilled kotoro chicken thigh with salt 1,200 yen
Grilled kotoro chicken liver and hearts with sauce 700 yen
2 plates of 2 grilled rice balls 380 yen
Appetizer (salad or chicken soup): 200 yen Disco 2
Parking fee 200 yen
The restaurant is clean (including the restrooms) and the female waitresses are very nice and pleasant. We enjoyed the charcoal-grilled chicken with ponzu (Japanese sauce made from ponzu citrus juice) and a little bit of salt of various flavors.
I would like to have lunch here again when I go walking in Akizuki or pear picking!
As I said, I am very satisfied.
It is difficult to choose between Akizuki Jidori Chicken and Kodori Chicken, and I feel that it is better to eat both. This time, I also ordered potato salad with asosa and chicken cartilage.
I also ordered both kettle cooked rice and chicken rice. Anyway, everything was delicious.
It was a wonderful place to enjoy Jidori chicken in style.
The eel can be grilled on a net by yourself, and you can choose to grill it white or with tare sauce. It was great to be able to grill the eel to the desired degree of doneness. The rice is cooked in a rice cooker! For rice lovers, it was cooked to perfection.
The Kodo chicken was tender and the Akizuki chicken was chewy, and both were very good.
Next time, I would like to try the grilled eel. I heard that it is served with wasabi and nori.
They were willing to accommodate our selfishness and the service was very comfortable with smiling faces.
I had the char-grilled salt, tare, and chicken kamameshi.
The tareyaki was not very well seasoned, but the shio-yaki was excellent, with six different salts to choose from. The kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) was also delicious, probably due to the good rice and water.
There were still other items on the menu that we were interested in, so we will visit again!
The restaurant is a stylish Japanese-style space where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy. Start with appetizers. The soup made from chicken and vegetables has a gentle taste. The Kosho Chicken is grilled with salt, the Zuri Chicken with salt, and the Akizuki Chicken also grilled with salt. All of the chickens are grilled slowly over charcoal and have the unique flavor and elasticity of locally raised chicken. You should order the rice cooked in a kettle first, as it takes time to cook. The raw egg is also delicious and makes a delicious tamago kakegohan (rice with egg).
