We have prepared a luxurious lunch course that includes sushi using an abundance of red snow crab caught in the Sea of Japan, a bowl of rice topped with smooth raw yuba bean paste, and steamed egg custard using high-quality shark's fin.
A combination of carefully and aromatically grilled conger eel and slowly simmered conger eel soaked in flavor. Finish with dashi chazuke (Japanese soup stock) and enjoy the three different flavors of the dish.
Gindara (silver cod) with plenty of fat is slowly marinated in Saikyo miso, and the tender meat spreads its delicious flavor, making it a dish that is sure to be enjoyed with rice. We have also prepared a full side menu for a satisfying course.
The chef recommends a monthly course using carefully selected seasonal ingredients.

In the private rooms on the basement floor overlooking the garden, we offer Japanese kaiseki cuisine carefully prepared by our chefs using local and seasonal ingredients. The restaurant can be used for a variety of occasions, including business entertainment and private occasions, such as a betrothal gift, a meeting, a celebration of longevity, a celebration of grandchildren, and a memorial service.
