The highlight of the golden brown avocado burger is the ingredients. It is said that the condition for delicious avocados is a high content of dry matter (oil content) in the flesh, and we use premium avocados from Mexico that are rich, creamy, and have a high dry matter content. By applying a little heat to the avocado, we have devised a way to enhance its melt-in-your-mouth flavor.
