To express the 'meatiness' that only a butcher can provide, we coarsely grind and smash beef shank, allowing you to enjoy a robust meat flavor, a satisfying chew, and the unique juiciness of Wagyu beef.

Recommended by the Manager: Sukiyaki Burger
A sukiyaki-inspired burger with yuzu, long green onions, a secret sauce, and double patties, it's a burger that is overwhelmingly sukiyaki. Created by Akizuki, a food enthusiast who eats grilled meat over 100 times a year, this original burger captures the essence of sukiyaki. We believe that sukiyaki is the best way to enjoy the flavor of Wagyu! After numerous meetings, we made various adjustments to ensure that while it's meaty, it remains enjoyable to eat until the very last bite.

If you want to taste 100% Japanese beef in a hamburger, Shogun Burger is the place for you!
About 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku station
Wagyu beef hamburger store in Kabukicho
What we ordered
Double cheeseburger!
It was the most popular, so I ordered it: ....
Here it comes!
It was huge!
The texture of the meat is amazing!
The juices from the meat and the cheese go well together!
The restaurant is stylish and would be great for a lunch date!
And it's open until the morning!
Great for after-dinner drinks!
A must-see for burger lovers!
Authentic gourmet burgers are now in Shinjuku!
Gourmet burgers are often found in fashionable places like Ebisu, Daikanyama, Hiroo, etc.!
This time, however, they have come to Shinjuku! Why Shinjuku? Sure, there are no rivals nearby, but I don't think the clientele is looking for a gourmet burger.
But Shinjuku is! There are a lot of people from overseas, and, with the name Shogun Burger, it feels like a Japanese burger. In fact, when I went there, I found that there were so many foreigners! About 80% of them are foreigners!
And everyone left with a smile on their face. Everyone said that the burgers were much better than American burgers! Everyone said, "It's so much better than American burgers! That's what I'm talking about! But actually, that's not true.
The burgers are made from minced Wagyu beef, not frozen, and are pressed and served on the spot!
And it's female beef, not 100% female beef, but basically more female beef, they say. It's a trade secret.
Once you try it, you'll be hooked. I love Aldebaran as well, but Shogun Burger has a larger repertoire and longer business hours! They are open until 5 in the morning! This gives me peace of mind that I can eat there anytime I want!
One of the finest details is that the buns are also baked on the spot. The meat is fresh and the buns are fresh!
The staff is very energetic! (Important) Of course, I've been going here for quite a while, so I'm sure they are good friends, but basically they are friendly to everyone! (Some people don't like that, though.)
(Some people don't like it, though.) I've introduced them to all kinds of people, and they're all happy to see me.
A photogenic burger! If you want to eat a delicious burger, go to Shinjuku! If you want a delicious burger, go to Shinjuku!
Foie Gras Teriyaki Burger (^q^)
Since it was my first visit, I was excited to get the most expensive foie gras teriyaki burger, and since it was crowded inside the restaurant, I got takeout.
The juicy 100% wagyu beef patty, handmade bun, foie gras, Toyama Prefecture log shiitake mushroom "Kyokusen" and special teriyaki sauce matched well and I couldn't stop drooling while I was eating lol.
The french fries on the side menu were thin, crispy, easy to eat and delicious, and the freshly brewed coffee went perfectly with the burger.
I forgot I was in Kabukicho, but on my way home, I realized that I was in Kabukicho after all.
I would like to repeat this burger shop again because it was a place where I could easily go....
Thank you for the food!
#Foie Gras Teriyaki Burger. Fries. Freshly brewed selected coffee #2 #bags.
[Shogun Burger😋 Every time I visit, I'm grateful for the new burger and new arrangement.
Atsuko-san's ideas never stop 😮.
Starting with the Akizuki Sukiyaki Burger, the Double Cheeseburger, Cheeseburger, Chili Bean Burger 🍔, and the Gourmet Yakuza 🍔.
The onion sauce on the Akizuki Sukiyaki Burger is great, but Van's spiciness, a.k.a. Van Kala (not "Van" Kala, but "Van" Kala), is just amazing! The 100% Wagyu beef patties are 2.5 times the size of the original burger!
Despite being a hearty burger with two 100% Wagyu beef patties, it is so tasty that you can easily finish it off.
The sweetness of this exquisite sauce is also good. LOL!
The foie gras slider (baby burger) we had today was also good, with the shiitake mushrooms perfectly combining the flavors! I wish I could have had it in the regular size.
I was surprised to hear that Mr. Ken Watanabe of The World visited the restaurant this afternoon! He said "Akizuki sukiyaki burger is delicious! I'm sure he'd love to try it!
I know you are busy with the General in Toyama, but I look forward to seeing you again at the restaurant 😊.
Shogun Burger's Teriyaki Foie Gras Burger.
Just one bite of this burger and the delicious taste of the foie gras and the sweetness of the teriyaki surged through the air. The first bite shocked me for the first time in a long time.
The fries are the thin crispy type. It is not at all a loss if you consider it as three times of McDonald's or Birkin.
There is a common saying about gourmet burgers that the juice overflows and goes through the paper, wreaking havoc on your clothes at worst, but the wrapping paper here is quite strong and your hands are never covered in grease. I thought they use good paper.
Thank you for the food.

This is the place to eat a delicious but foreigner-friendly hamburger @ Kabukicho
A hamburger restaurant that was the talk of the town among gourmands lol. The patties are made from 100 percent WAGYU, dripping with juice, and soft handmade bread made by a barbecue restaurant in Toyama. The burgers are indeed as delicious as their reputation. ❗️ burgers tend to get cold easily, but even when cold, there is not a trace of the oily smell that is often associated with American beef and the like. It matches the sweet bread 😋. ...but the price is a bit on the high side💦. The limited-time offer Sukiyaki Burger is 2,000 yen without tax. Even with the drink set, the price is still close to 2,500 yen. The drinks are a festival of ice 😭. The fries are too greasy and not worth it 👎. Strongly recommended to order a single item 😌. I know it's a wagyu hamburger steak, but I couldn't shake the feeling of guilt until the end 😂. The fact that the restaurant is located in Kabukicho is probably aimed at tourists from overseas, as WAGYU is a representative brand of Japan. So 99% of the people in the restaurant are foreigners. The taste is really not bad. The sauce is also very tasty. It's kind of a waste 💧, and I'm in a situation where my Engel's coefficient is skyrocketing 🤣.
SHOGUN BURGER in Shinjuku
A restaurant by a long-established yakiniku restaurant in Toyama that opened at the end of October 💓.
Double cheeseburger (1,400 yen)
topped with a fried egg (100 yen)
The patties are super coarsely ground.
As it was started by a yakiniku restaurant, it is 100% Wagyu beef 🐮 and is very hearty. ‼️
The juiciness of the meat is matched by the richness of the cheddar cheese 🧀.
The bun is also baked in the store so it's not too heavy but just the right amount of fluffiness 🙈💓
They also have a limited time only menu and a wide variety of dishes, and they serve steaks at night 🥩.
Located at the entrance of Kabukicho, they are open until 5am from Monday to Saturday 😎👍I haven't found a meat store I like in Shinjuku, but I can recommend this one 😙💓💓
