A great bar that makes you want to go back again and again A place I've been wanting to go to for a long, long time and BM'd. When I saw the review here, the cocktails were so beautiful and sparkling! Someday...someday...someday...I want to go there! I've been wanting to go to Le Salon for a long time! After visiting Obi Obi, we went there as our second visit! The store is on the second floor, with cozy dark lighting and light spots at regular intervals! Sitting at the spacious counter, there are many bottles of sake lined up! I am not familiar with them, but just looking at them is a lot of fun! No photography is allowed in the restaurant, so please mind your manners! What's today? He says, "Peach, Pione, Basil..." He says what he recommends for the day! Of course! I love fruit, so I had the fruit cocktail! At first, I ordered a peach cocktail! They asked me what I liked and what kind of things I usually drink, and I quickly set to work! The service was very efficient and fast! In no time at all, the peach cocktail was ready! With espuma on top, it looks like a sweet treat! Even the bubbles were delicious, and the peaches were really used to their fullest! I wanted to shout "NANICOLAY! Next, my friend had a Pione cocktail, so I had a Pione too! Then, I was served a different cocktail from the one my friend was having! The clarity of the pione is due to the fact that the peel is carefully peeled! The fruit itself must be delicious! It's so fresh, it's like drinking a whole Pione! Last but not least, the Banana Sweets Cocktail! The bananas are caramelized and you would be forgiven for thinking this place is a pastry shop! The bananas are melted into a fluffy cream with a nice sweetness! It's a sweet treat! This is too good! And the charms are delicious, too! I think they are geniuses! They are able to answer each and every customer's request and entertain them! It was a night in Kobe that made me realize how wonderful bars are! I can't wait to go back! I want to go back here! I want to revisit so much lol I heard they also make some non-alcoholic ones, so I wonder if people who can't drink can also enjoy them?
