Kobayashi Sake Brewery, founded in the 5th year of the Meiji era in Oyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, is the producer of 'Phoenix Beauty Field'. With a history of 150 years, they continue to create high-quality ginjo sake, valuing the local climate, history, and sensibility. The fruit wine, based on a fresh and fruity ginjo aroma and elegant, high-quality sake, is brewed with meticulous temperature control, comparable to other daiginjo sakes. It is a popular series that captivates many drinkers.
This is made by soaking 'Miyano Ume' from Tochigi Prefecture in ginjo sake. It delivers the original flavor of the ume fruit as it is. A superb umeshu that showcases the skill of Kobayashi Sake Brewery, expertly blended with aged umeshu.
