As a finely powdered spice, it has a sharp sensation of heat and flavor. 【Cinnamon】 Known for its unique aroma that suggests a hint of sweetness and a slight spiciness that lingers on the tongue, cinnamon is one of the oldest spices known in the world. 【Coriander】 Coriander is also an ancient spice, a biennial herb of the Apiaceae family. Its seeds have a sweet, mellow, citrus-like aroma and a slight spiciness, distinct from cilantro. 【Fenugreek】 An annual herb of the Fabaceae family. Although it is not yet familiar in Japan, it has a unique flavor reminiscent of burnt sugar and celery, along with bitterness. Kasuri methi leaf is the leaf of fenugreek, which has a slightly sweet aroma and a mildly bitter flavor when cooked. It is rich in vitamins and minerals. 【Turmeric】 A perennial herb of the Zingiberaceae family. It has a unique aroma that suggests earthiness and a mildly bitter flavor, often used for coloring foods yellow. 【Clove】 A type of tropical evergreen tree, the spice clove is made from the dried flower buds just before they bloom. This is a special menu featuring three types of homemade spice curry (onion, tomato, and spinach). In the center of the plate is basmati rice, surrounded by seven side dishes: 'dal curry, leaf, vegetable pickle, tomato pickle, stir-fried eggplant, mushroom curry, and coconut sambol' all served on one plate. *Basmati rice is a type of rice that pairs well with curries commonly used in India and other regions. You can also change to domestic saffron rice (for an additional charge). *A smaller portion of rice is also available. If you choose a smaller portion of rice, 50 yen will be donated to the 'Aichi Childcare Institution'.
