Cold Miso Soup, a local dish from the hot region of Miyazaki. It is a well-chilled miso soup with cucumber, myoga, and shiso leaves. Typically, it includes flaked grilled fish, but at Ammon, we use salted ground pork from the same Miyazaki region, known as 'Minami no Shima Buta.' We add ice made from 'Hirohiro' dashi and finish it with freshly pounded sesame from 'Fukahori' in Kyoto. [Delicious Ways to Enjoy] 1. Soak rice and dip the rice with a spoon into the cold miso soup. 2. Add rice to the cold miso soup and enjoy it in a cat's meal style. Of course, feel free to enjoy it in any way you prefer.
