We offer about 70 varieties from all the existing sake breweries in Nara. Please choose your favorite brand and the size of the ochoko (sake cup) when ordering. Large size (130cc), medium (100cc), small (50cc) Small size starts at 200 yen.
We prepare fresh fish sourced that day in various styles such as sashimi, simmered, fried, and tempura, tailored to suit the fish. We post our daily menu on Instagram, so please be sure to check it out. @umasshu_nara
We offer a variety of dishes using seasonal vegetables, from simple tempura to more elaborate preparations.
This dish is a perfect blend of cream cheese mixed with finely chopped Nara pickles.
We sourced sake lees from Kaze no Mori, a sake brewery in Nara Goshoshi, and mixed it with cream cheese.
Marinated in sake lees from Toyosawa Brewery for one year and then grilled after soaking for five days.
