Miyazaki sweet potatoes cultivated organically, blended with rice malt and fermented with black koji for over 3 years
Kagoshima sweet potato characteristics: a robust and strong body with richness. Flavor: a toasty aroma and crispness, with a rich sweetness of sweet potato.
Due to the pressure distillation and barrel aging of Kagoshima sweet potatoes, it has a fruity and gorgeous aroma that you wouldn't expect from sweet potato shochu. Availability is irregular. Please inquire.
Miyazaki barley has a sweet and fragrant aroma, with strong notes reminiscent of cocoa. It has a rich body, with a strong sense of roasted flavor and sweetness.
