This is the finest shrimp kaiseki cuisine, lavishly using lobster, the king of prawns, and lobster.
The main course is a sumptuous dish of lobster, [grilled lobster and avocado with sansho (Japanese pepper)] and [Japanese beef ribeye and summer vegetables with sesame vinegar sauce].
