Horaien is a yakiniku restaurant where I go for kalbi and a large bowl of rice. I am a frog in a well or a general in a mountain, right? AJINOMOTO is the best when it comes to seasoning, not meat quality. The sweet yakiniku sauce is also outstanding. The cold noodle shown in the top picture is the first time I had it, but it is better than I expected. I thought it would be of lower quality because it was from Horaien, but don't underestimate Horaien. The soup was made from beef bones, and the ingredients included sinewy meat, egg, cucumber, and boiled egg. The noodles are pitch-black and firm. The kimchi was delicious today, too. Thank you very much, Horaien. Thank you for the food. I will come back again.

A hidden gem in Mizuhara, Agano City. Perhaps because they value local customers and regulars, they do not accept press coverage or magazine articles. The meat grilled on a lava rock smokeless roaster, the first of its kind on the Sea of Japan side, is tender thanks to the far-infrared ray effect. Above all, the sauce here is outstandingly delicious, a magic sauce with a sweetness that has a strong taste, long live chemical seasoning. I have yet to meet a rib that goes better with rice than the kalbi here.

This is the place to go for kalbi. The kalbi is not only a meaty dish, but also a seasoned dish that makes a great accompaniment to rice. The garlic-scented tender ribs soaked in flavor are a must-try. Horaien is a restaurant that is all about the seasoning.
