A Japanese craft gin made by a gin specialty distillery in Kyoto. It features rice spirits made from rice, combined with unique Japanese botanical essences such as gyokuro tea, yuzu, hinoki, and sansho, creating a one-of-a-kind flavor.
The brewery established by Shinzaemon Brewery, known for its sake 'Hakurakusei', aims to create 'the best gin in the world'. This bottle is made primarily from ingredients sourced from Miyagi Prefecture. Since its initial release, it has consistently won 'Gold Awards' at prestigious competitions, showcasing its high quality!
The distillery established by Kuroki Honten, known for popular shochu like 'Hyakunen no Kodoku', is located in the mountains... Osuzu Mountain Distillery. In recent years, they have also been producing whiskey and gin, in addition to shochu. This spirit is lavishly made using kumquats from Miyazaki, based on the sweet potato shochu 'Yamaneko'.
Pre-mixing means... diluting sweet potato shochu with water a day in advance and letting it sit for more than a night, which brings out a 'smoothness' that is not found in just water or hot water mixes. This is a common way to drink in Kagoshima. We prepare this in a ratio of [shochu 6: water 4] and warm it in a sake vessel called 'Kurojoka'! Comes in a 2-go serving.

This is a one-of-a-kind table (Chabudai) wine that can be enjoyed so casually!
