Add water and cinnamon to the mixture and simmer for about 10 minutes. 3. Once cooled, mix with carbonated water, add lemon juice, and it's done!! Slightly dry, but a delicious homemade ginger ale that warms the body. *It's also delicious when mixed with Ebisu draft beer!!
