The flagship product of Le Croissant. Made with original Hokkaido wheat and fermented butter, it features a crispy exterior and a moist interior with a buttery flavor. Coated with original syrup, it is perfect for snacks or breakfast.
Using mentaiko from 'Hakata Yamaya' on crispy outside and chewy inside French bread, topped generously with original sauce. It features a spicy flavor that is addictive.
Uses a generous 80g of smoked all-pork coarse ground meat. The coarse minced meat is 6mm and is stuffed into natural pork casings. The crispy texture of the smoked all-pork coarse ground meat and the flavor of mustard enhance your appetite.
Melon bread with a fragrant aroma and flavor of burnt butter. The crust is crispy, while the inside is fluffy and soft.
The crispy texture from frying becomes addictive. The original blend of fermented butter wrapped inside bursts out with a 'juicy' flow when baked at high temperatures, while the surface is fried to a 'crisp' as if it were deep-fried. The 'Lorraine rock salt' topping balances the flavor perfectly.
We use curry that is simmered daily in-house. The homemade curry filling, which has been slowly cooked with vegetables, is packed with chunks of beef for a hearty portion. We use 'rice oil' for frying, which helps lower cholesterol levels, and by frying at high temperatures, we achieve a light oiliness, a crispy texture, and a chewy dough.
Freshly baked, it is a fluffy cream bun, and when chilled, it becomes a cream bun that melts in your mouth. Our original custard cream is made using high-quality eggs from 'Tamago no Sato Okudamba Farm', resulting in a rich flavor.
Made using 'Erimo red beans from Hokkaido' and 'Miyamizu from Nishinomiya', cooked using the 'steamed cooking method'. It features a red bean paste with a natural taste and a sweetness level of 48 degrees, which is not overly sweet.
