We have 'Recommended Sake' in stock, but it may sell out! Pairs excellently with duck broth oden! [Michi Zakura Junmai 'R']: 800 yen, excellent balance of sweetness and acidity, slightly carbonated. [Asajio 330 Years Uwasumi]: 700 yen, gentle fruity aroma and sweetness of junmai sake. [Asajio Kimoto Frog]: 750 yen, softly mandarin flavored.
Polished Yamada Nishiki rice to 45%, with delicate sweetness and rich aroma. Enjoyable with a smooth texture.
