After four kinds of appetizers, a bouillabaisse hot pot with tomato soup base. filled with seafood, vegetable and mushroom broth, and topped with cheese risotto. Seasonal desserts are served at the end of the meal.

This course allows you to enjoy Nara Prefecture's proud brand of chicken, Yamato Chikko! Yamato Chicken is a local chicken that is picked in the morning. You can enjoy a ginger-flavored carpaccio of tataki, a steak grilled only with coarse salt to maximize the flavor of the thigh meat, and a chicken hot pot with vegetables and mushrooms, served with dry local sake, "Harushika" and "Umenoyado". One glass of sake per person is free! Rice dish includes black rice creative rice balls and seasonal dessert.
